Things you will need:

  •     Milk -1 cup
  •     Hydrogen peroxide- 2 caps
  •     Olive oil- 3 tbsp.
  •     Essential oil like lavender or rosemary- 1 tbsp.
  •     Honey – 1 tbsp.
  •     Baking soda-2 tbsp.
  •     Epsom salt- 1 cup
  •     Lemon juice- 4-5 drops
  •     Liquid soap/shampoo

Steps:

  •     Fill a tub with Luke warm water and add all the ingredients mentioned in the foot soak recipe.
  •     Slice a lemon into half and put it into the tub
  •     Add rose petals to it and a few fresh mint leaves if available
  •     Add a few pebbles to the bottom of the tub ( I took some marble stones from the river and painted it)
  •     Now dip your feet into the tub. Soak for 15-30minutes. If you are doing it regularly 15 min is enough.
  •     Cleanse your feet with rose water and Glycerin.
  •     Take a pumice stone or a foot file and work on the rough skin
  •     Use a scrub. Sugar and olive oil will work good
  •     Rinse the feet with cold water
  •     Trim and shape your nails
  •     Give a nice massage to the feet. You can use a massager too
  •     Remove any old nail polish and paint your toes
  •     Apply moisturizing foot cream
  •     Wear socks or flip flops

Massaging your feet:

Take any massaging cream or oil and rub it in your both palms. Apply to your feet with both hands. Work to and fro with light strokes in the direction of toes. Gently pull your fingers. Rotate clock wise and anti-clock wise. Push thumbs to and fro in the sole. Apply sight pressure to the heels and ankles with a firm motion. You can use a massager as wekk. You can use a marble pebble and using it do circular motions in feet. You are done! Soft, silky feet are all yours!

RevAyur Foot Cream Review

Guest Post by Iswarya
Weekend Fun Giveaway July Week 2 Giveaway Entry #8

After reviewing my first product, RevAyur orange lotion on MABH,  I am back with another review on the product from the same family – RevAyur lavender foot cream. This product too belongs to the RevAyur Range. After using RevAyur orange lotion, I felt it would be good to use a foot cream from the same range.
Our feet work hard all day long, so we all need a pampering foot cream to treat your feet. I believe better foot care may prevent many foot problems. I am in love with foot creams and I love to experiment with new products.
My latest collection to my foot creams is the RevAyur Foot Cream. A really nice rich creamy thick lavender foot cream I tried the other day and ended up really liking and getting was the RevAyur Foot Cream. As its monsoon time my feet problems started so I thought of giving RevAyur foot cream a try.

What the product claims:
Indications:
  • Keeps your feet deodorized and hydrated.
  • Helps relieve dry, chapped heels.
  • Fresh, pleasant lavender aroma refreshes and relaxes.
  • Gentle enough for daily use.

Directions For Use:
Apply generously with gentle massage on feet.

Price and quantity: Rs.99 for 75 gm

Ingredients:
Aloes, Lavender oil,tea tree oil,sea algae extracts, cream base,Stearic Acid, Cetyl Alcohol, GMS, Glycerin, Propylene Glycol, Triethanolamine, Span 60, Petroleum Jelly,Preservatives, purified water, mineral oil.

My Experience with this Product:

I would say that it was a good choice.
The cream comes in a transparent tube with a lavender-colored flip cap which is sturdy. The little tube can be easily carried as it is travel friendly.

This cream is of light lavender color and of the same fragrance. It looks like clay. It is of thick consistency and is light and non-greasy. You just need a small amount and you can massage your foot with this cream after a pedicure if you wish for it to penetrate into the skin. It makes my feet velvety with regular usage.

Pros of Revayur Foot Cream:
  •     Easily available everywhere
  •     Presence of lavender
  •     Great fragrance
  •     Keeps my feet soft for hours
  •     Decent price

Cons of Revayur Foot Cream:
  •     Presence of chemicals
  •     No UV protection

My Rating: 4/5

Would I Repurchase: Yes. Finally, I would say that I am in love with this cream. It does keep your feet protected and well nourished.

Recommendation:
I hope those of you with dry feet can get them healed with this lavender foot cream. I wish you all the best of luck at getting your hands soft and healthy again! I recommend this product and everyone can give it a try!

Vedic Line Soft Heel Cream Review

MABH 400 Followers Celebration Contest Entry Post 4 by Bhavna Pande

Hello guys hope you all are doing  great ..
I am doing a quick product review on my favorite – VEDIC LINE soft  heel cream.

Though my mom uses this more than I do but sometimes I use it too and it is really good because it removed my dryness during winters and my heels were soft again in like 2 days of application. My mom loves this product and it did work well with her too as I could see the result with my own eyes. Her cracked heels were repairing.

Quantity:  65 ML

Price: I bought this from Urbantouch for Rs. 135 .

Ingredients: Water, Extract of Amla, Tomato, Mango, Tamarind, Glycerine, Beeswax, Neem oil, Clove oil, Menthol

What does the packaging says (Claims):

How does the product Looks:

How to use:
My mom uses it daily after washing her  feet in luke-warm water before going to bed.

Rating: 5/5

Recommendation: Yes I do recommend this heel cream well because it really worked for me and my mom. I love the soft texture of this cream because of bee wax present in it. It doesn’t smell that great ( its not bad though ) but who needs to smell it it’s a heel cream and not a face cream :p

Would I Repurchase?: I will buy it again for sure. Half of it is over by now.

Editors Note: Thanks for the heel cream review Bhavna. This review is very useful and I am planning to get this product for myself soon. Girls! Do leave your feedback and love below, we are waiting to hear.
